it's sat. and i'm still feeling great. i had a yummy breakfast. i had a good night sleep, and i even went for a little walk so i can run out of here next thursday i'm a little tired from the walk but other than that i feel normal ;), no voices or funny stuff today.... ok, well, i'll write later thanks for all the good thoughts you guys are sending. even if you can't visit me i feel the positive energy you are sending and it helps me everyday. i am also grateful for all of you visiting and it always amazes me that people come to see me. it makes me feel very loved and special and it gives me strength. love u guys. shahnaz
